MEET THE ARTIST AND PHOTOGRAPHER

Hey, my name is Kim Spiekman.

I’m an 23 years old artist based in Leeuwarden, working across two creative fields: tattooing, art and photography. For me, both crafts are about storytelling, detail, and creating something timeless—whether on skin or through a lens.

About me as a full time tattoo artist, mixed media artist and photographer.

For the past three years, I’ve been tattooing at Wolf Alley Tattoo Studio, previously known as Groovy! Ink in Leeuwarden. Specializing in blackwork, dotwork, and mandala’s. My focus is on precision, contrast, and flow—whether it’s bold black fills, delicate dot shading, or clean, minimal linework. I love collaborating with clients to bring their ideas to life while staying true to my style, creating tattoos that are both personal and lasting.

Alongside tattooing, I work as a photographer, mainly shooting concerts and nature. I’m drawn to the darker side, movement, and atmosphere — whether it’s the intensity of a live show or the quiet details of a landscape. My focus is on timing, contrast, and composition: freezing a split-second jump on stage, capturing sweat and stage lights, or finding balance and depth in natural scenes.

I love working closely with artists, venues, and creatives to translate their energy into images that feel honest and alive.

If you’re looking for bold, dark, and detailed work—whether in ink or images—I’d love to create something unique with you.
